1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PharmaCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time. Prices are displayed in Albanian Lek (ALL).
3. Orders
Orders are processed upon confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our policies. You will be notified by phone for order confirmation.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. We may introduce additional payment methods in the future.
5. Limitation of Liability
PharmaCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.
